Owner Mitchell Chairet grew up in Canby, attended Canby schools from kindergarten through graduation, and is a Canby High School Class of 2007 graduate. Poundtown is built around making a good meal affordable for families, with consistent builds and sauces made from scratch.
Poundtown Smashburgers serves thin, aggressively seared patties with crispy lace edges, real cheese, fresh toppings, toasted buns, and house-made sauces. We’re proudly based at the Canby Beer Library and built around the kind of food you think about on the drive home.
